Pricing
Coaching engagements start with a 30-minute Complimentary Session, which is an opportunity for you to learn more about what I can offer, as well as an opportunity for me to learn about what you want to accomplish.
If we agree that we’re a good match, we’ll come up with a plan and next steps. If we find that we’re not the best match, I’ll offer you a referral to another Certified Professional Coach.
The following options are available to you:
Packages

Package # 1: Six (6) sessions: $630
Package # 2: Nine (9) sessions: $945
Coaching Packages include:
Access to one (1) ELI* (Energy Leadership Index™) Assessment.
One (1) ELI Assessment Debrief session.
Five (5) or eight (8) Coaching sessions -depending on the package you choose.
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes long. You may choose to have one (1) session per week, or one (1) session every two (2) weeks.
Coaching Packages can be extended in increments of three (3) additional sessions at the Package rate ($105), or in increments of one (1) session at the Single Session rate ($125).

*About the ELI Assessment:
The ELI (Energy Leadership Index™) is a proprietary, research-backed assessment created by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) which gauges a person’s attitudes, not their personality.
The ELI Assessment measures energy levels based on your perception of the world around you and how you react to different situations under normal conditions, and under stress. And because your attitude is subjective, it can be altered.
By working with a Certified Professional Coach who is an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, you can increase your awareness and effect change in a meaningful way.
Other Options

Cost: $125 per one (1) Coaching session.
You may schedule as many single sessions as you like, and as often as you like.

If after completing one (1) Single Session you want to have more than one (1) additional session, you may choose one of the Coaching Packages and pay a discounted rate for the remainder number of sessions in that package, as follows:
Single + Package # 1: $525 for the five (5) remaining sessions.
Single + Package # 2: $840 for the eight (8) remaining sessions.
I offer discounts to friends and friends of friends. Be sure to ask about this!
