 More about me

Hi! Thanks for considering working with me.

I look forward to working with you and getting to know you.

My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I was born and raised in Bolivia and have lived in the United States since early 2001. I speak Spanish fluently.

I’ve been married to my best friend since 2002 and currently live in the Washington, D.C. area.

I’m an introvert, and I’ve been told that I’m intuitive and a good listener.

I enjoy helping others, and I like to have fun.

I am naturally curious and have an eclectic taste in everything. My interests include anthropology, art, film, genealogy, history, Jungian psychology, meditation, music, mythology, nature, philoshamanism, yoga, some TV shows, among other things.

I love learning, listening to new music, meeting new people, trying different foods and in general, exploring things I don’t understand.

Although I don’t travel much, I have had the privilege of visiting many special places.

  • I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA), the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

    I am curious, open-minded and respectful. I provide a confidential and safe space, utilizing a compassionate, person-centered, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.

I believe that each of us has a valuable role in life, and we each choose our journeys and paths.

I work with clients from different lifestyles and backgrounds who are at least 18 years old.

Some of my clients are single, others are married or in a relationship. Some are parents; others are not. Some are currently employed or looking for work, while others are retired.

My clients’ occupations range from business owners to executive leaders; from administrative assistants to program managers; from coaches and counselors/therapists to energy healers and mediums; from artists to scientists and homemakers.

Whether or not you identify with any of the above-mentioned examples, I’d love to connect and work with you!

  • My career has primarily been in Human Resources. For over 10 years, I worked in national and global companies, partnering with employees and leaders in the areas of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations and Performance Management.

I currently work in HR with a nonprofit organization, in a role focused on Organizational Learning and Development. I’m also actively involved in my organization’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts.

For over five years, between early 2017 and mid-2022, I provided career-related support to people experiencing high barriers to employment and helped dozens of individuals from diverse backgrounds to improve their economic mobility, by supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle: from the early stages of career exploration and resume creation to the later stages, including performance improvement and career development.

In August of 2021, after 10 months of intensive training, I became a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program and have since completed additional training, specializing in Transitions and Wellbeing Coaching. I am currently pursuing an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.

In December of 2021 I completed training as an End-of-Life Doula and received the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA) Proficiency credential.
