 More about me

Hi! Thanks for considering working with me. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you.

I am naturally curious and have an eclectic taste in everything. My interests include anthropology, art, film, genealogy, history, Jungian psychology, meditation, music, mythology, nature, philosophy, yoga, among other things.

I love learning, listening to new music, meeting new people, trying different foods and in general, exploring things I don’t understand.

  • I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA), the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

    I am curious, open-minded and respectful. I provide a confidential and safe space, utilizing a compassionate, person-centered, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.

I believe that each of us has a valuable role in life, and we each choose our journeys and paths.

I work with clients from different lifestyles and backgrounds who are at least 18 years old.

Some of my clients are single, others are married or in a relationship. Some are parents; others are not. Some are currently employed or looking for work, while others are retired.

My clients’ occupations range from business owners to executive leaders; from administrative assistants to program managers; from coaches and counselors/therapists to energy healers and mediums; from artists to scientists and homemakers.

Whether or not you identify with any of the above-mentioned examples, I’d love to connect and work with you!

  • My career has primarily been in Human Resources. For over 10 years, I worked in national and global companies, partnering with employees and leaders in the areas of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations and Performance Management. I currently work with a nonprofit organization.

When I took a break from my HR career, between 2017 and 2022, I provided career-related support to people experiencing high barriers to employment and helped dozens of individuals from diverse backgrounds to improve their economic mobility, by supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle: from the early stages of career exploration and resume creation to later stages, including performance improvement and career development.

I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program, specializing in Transitions and Wellbeing. I also hold an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching from ACT and Brown University.
